The Malardalen University has performed a project where 80 sensors for CO2, Moisture and temperature were installed in a complete building at our university. Two halls were more instrumented than the others with five sensors in each. One was a lecture room and the other a computer hall.
The temperature distribution and CO2 were used for the control of the ventilation. The sensor measurement was used for on-line control of the ventilation valve to the lecture room. For the computer hall only the measurements were performed.
The intention is to proceed with the measurements for more rooms, but also to modify the climate control from on-off to PI-control.
